Introducing Myself
Hi All!!
I am a Tech Director by day; A husband, father and 8-bit enthusiast all day and night :)
If memory serves, my first system was a Colecovision. I loved that console :)
A little later on I received my first C64 as a gift in the 80s. Saved up for a 1571 and began dabbling in basic programming and playing games. Several years ago, I found my c64 at my parents house so I started to get back c64 world. I have been all over the interwebs absorbing all I can about the C64.
Most recently, my C64U arrived and I have been impressed with the machine and especially with the online capabilities. I never had a modem for my original c64U so I am not just starting to dial into the BBSes and learning more about what I can do online with the C64U.
Other hobbies include golfing, scuba diving, gaming, model making to name a few.
Looking forward to more 8bit adventures!!

I've always been fascinated by the colecovision since I heard how many other machines were basically later to the market but using the same hardware (including the entire MSX 1 series!).

Chris Garrett Yes, even though the controllers where not the most comfortable, I still enjoyed my colecovision.
